Build your license

The first user provides the company with a Core license which provides Manager installs, Academy access, and updates for one year. Additional named users are billed by volume band below; seats license people, not runners, and mid-term seats are prorated. License managers can assign seats without holding one, but cannot install or take the course until seated.

Who needs a user seat?
Anyone who installs PrideForge with Manager or takes PrideForge Academy. License managers can assign seats without holding one, but cannot install or take the course until seated.
What’s included with Core?
Company-wide Core at $5,000/year includes Manager installs, Academy access, updates, and 1 user seat. Additional users use volume bands ($750 / $600 / $525).
Can I add users later?
Yes. Additional users use the pricing tier in effect when you buy them and are prorated for the remainder of your term. Seats you already own keep their original pricing. Example: buy four users, then a fifth later — the fifth is billed at the 5–9 user tier; the original four stay at theirs.
Can I reassign seats?
Yes. Seats are assigned to individuals and may be reassigned as your team changes. License managers manage seats without using one unless they assign it to themselves. All seats renew on your organization's renewal date.
What if we don't renew?
You may continue using the version and customizations created during your active subscription for internal automation. You lose Manager package delivery, Academy, and future updates until you renew. See the EULA and Commercial Terms.
Do we have to adopt every part of PrideForge?
No. PrideForge is designed as an extensible working framework. Teams customize or replace individual pieces as their application requires. Teams with mature existing frameworks may adopt selected PrideForge patterns where they fit.
Is PrideForge software or training?
Both, by design. Core is working automation framework software delivered through PrideForge Manager. Academy is hands-on onboarding mapped to the installed framework.
