Who needs a Core Engineer seat?
Anyone who installs or updates PrideForge with Manager and receives entitled package delivery.
Do Core Engineers need an Academy seat?
No. Every Core Engineer seat includes PrideForge Academy.
Can I add seats later?
Yes. Additional seats use the pricing tier in effect when you buy them and are prorated for the remainder of your term. Seats you already own keep their original pricing. Example: buy four Academy seats, then a fifth later — the fifth is billed at the 5–9 user tier; the original four stay at theirs.
Can I reassign seats?
Yes. Seats are assigned to individuals and may be reassigned as your team changes. License managers manage seats without using one unless they assign it to themselves. All seats renew on your organization's renewal date.
What if we don't renew?
You may continue using the version and customizations created during your active subscription for internal automation. You lose Manager package delivery, Academy, and future updates until you renew. See the EULA and Commercial Terms.
